Help & Support

Getting help with AlphynSDK.

What platforms does AlphynSDK support?

AlphynSDK supports iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native, and Unity platforms. Each platform has dedicated SDKs and integration guides.

How do I install AlphynSDK?

The recommended path on every platform is the Alphyn CLI: alphyn-cli integrate. For manual installation: an XCFramework for iOS, an AAR for Android, a path-based Flutter plugin package, an npm tarball for React Native, and a plugin folder copied into Assets for Unity.

Do I need to register my app?

Yes, you need to register your app and obtain API credentials from the Byteria Dashboard before integrating the SDK.

What is the minimum SDK version required?

iOS requires 15.0+, Android requires API 26+ (Android 8.0), React Native requires 0.70+, Flutter requires 3.9+. Check each platform's documentation for specific requirements.

What security threats does AlphynSDK detect?

AlphynSDK detects tampering, reverse engineering, jailbreak/root, debugger attachment, Frida hooking, Xposed framework, network tampering, proxy/VPN usage, and emulator environments.

How does action verification work?

Action verification uses a challenge-response mechanism to verify critical user actions like payments or sensitive operations, ensuring the request comes from a legitimate device.

Does AlphynSDK affect app performance?

AlphynSDK is designed for minimal performance impact. Security scans run asynchronously and the SDK uses efficient native implementations on each platform.

Can I customize which security checks to enable?

Detection runs automatically inside the SDK. You control the scan interval, implement your own threat-response logic via the security listener, and configure server-side response policies with rulesets in the Alphyn dashboard.

Where can I get support?

You can reach Byteria support through the dashboard, email, or our GitHub repository. Enterprise customers have access to dedicated support channels.

How do I report a security vulnerability?

Please report security vulnerabilities directly to the Byteria security team through the dashboard or via the responsible disclosure process outlined in our security policy.

Is there a community forum?

Yes, you can connect with other developers and the Byteria team on our GitHub Discussions page and LinkedIn community.
